Requirements
Applicants Must:
- Have a current, unrestricted RN or LPN license
- Complete a background screening (with no criminal history)
- Submit to random illegal drug screenings
- Provide proof of a Physical Exam within the last 12 months (without limitations)
- Pass the agency's Medication, HIPAA & Infection Control exam
- Demonstrate and successfully complete a skills checklist with the RN Supervisor
- Have reliable transportation
- Have a nurturing spirit and desire to work with medically fragile children
